Being Reformed, I had no problem with Dr. Kruger's perspective. This is beneficial for all ages to have put directly for us the "arguments" for how to shine Christ's Light in our dark world.

    Some good meat; some bones
    February 22, 2022
    Pastor Smith
This book has some great chapters on reasons to trust the Bible and good commentary on what many students can expect on a college campus and why they should prepare spiritually and mentally. Sadly, what could have been an excellent book is tainted by some very strong Reformed theology. If you're a 5-point Calvinist, you'll probably love it. For the rest of us, there are some answers/chapters you probably WON'T want to share with college students (or anyone else) you know. There are some good parts; chew the meat, spit out the bones.

This is an introductory work. Kruger writes with broad strokes, seeking to share insights which go much deeper than the first reading would suggest. There is weight to the writing which is evident to those well-read in apologetics, yet it remains accessible to older high school and college students.
