Dr. Frank H. Billman
has served as a pastor in the United Methodist Church since 1979, and is the director of church relations at Aldersgate Renewal Ministries. He is also an adjunct professor in the doctoral program at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, leading the doctor of ministry program in supernatural ministry, the first of its kind in the country. Dr. Billman has spoken at national conferences, revivals, and retreats, and led ministry teams around the world. He has published several articles as well as a book, Shepherding Renewal. Frank and his wife, Peggi, live in Joelton, Tennessee. He has three sons, Luke, Nic, and Tito.
