I've used this book with two children so far, and plan to use it again with my upcoming 8th grader for review. I think it taught grammar beautifully, and it is less tedious than other grammar workbooks/programs.

This is not really everthing you need to teach language arts. They give you a short instruction but very quickly surprise the student with the exceptions to the rule without explaining them.

There is not nearly enough room to fill in the answers. This is more for review worksheets for the student who already has a good grasp, (and smaller handwriting.)
