We have all asked the questions, Where is God when tragedy strikes? Where is God when life seems painful? God, why did you let this happen?
What would happen if we stop blaming God and actually start trusting Him during difficult times? Could you imagine what God's power can do in your life? Through our storms, we come to realize we have a God who is there for us every step of the way. We have a God who wants to guide us through the treacherous waters of life. As long as we trust Him, He will never let us be lost at sea.

Where is God when life hurts?
By Alexander Kumpt
Do you blame God when things go wrong? This book is for you, you will receive a blessing in how to handle the hurts in your life. Alexander shares stories and scripture verses on how Gods is working in our life and that the hurts are not a form of punishment but come from choices that you make. When we make a choice, not all our choices are the best, to do things in life we will have to live with the results of that choice. Human nature is to blame someone and that someone is God.
The writing is easy to understand and offers support for those times you are hurting and going through a rough time in life. The book is not long, just 10 chapters; the tenth chapter offers discussion questions on the other nine. I think these questions are great and can help with getting a group to study the book.
Alexander offers a book that is a real help with your hard times, not a replacement for the Bible. God centered and easy to read; you will want to read it over again and tell others about the help the book offers.
