I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. I have to say, this is the best gift I've ever bought for any of my young grandchildren. My granddaughter did not put this down for days, slept with it on her night stand and even though she cannot read yet, followed along the bible stories and songs with the books. She also learned all the songs in no time, and continues to sing them even if she does not have the toy with her. The voices singing all the songs and the voices telling the bible stories are perfect! Soft and soothing, not loud and harsh. If I could I would give this "toy" ten stars! It exceeded my expectations! I know the cost of almost $30. is a lot, and I did take a chance on it since there were not any reviews, but it was SO worth it!!!!

This has been without a doubt a fantastic gift for the whole family! My kids are 8, 5, and 2, and each of them use this to some degree. I bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas and she can easily use it to play her songs or pick a story to listen to. I love that there are books to go along with the audio stories so the older kids can look at pictures or read along! The player is small enough that a toddler can easily transport it around with them. The volume has two reasonable settings and an ON/OFF button which moms will love. My kids will use this before bed or during a morning time before we start school. If you're on the fence about it, just do it, you'll be so happy you did.

Also this makes a great gift for a new parent, families with young kids or even grandparents when they have the grandkids.

I bought two sets for our youngest Grandchildren for Christmas. They are age 2 & 3. They loved them and still do. Surprisingly the older grandchildren enjoyed them too. I have already decided on at least one more for a birthday this summer.

I bought one for my friend's grandson and he loves it so much. Then I ordered another one for my own grandson and it is on back order till June. Thank you so much for having this kind of product that help little kids n their parents to know about Jesus Christ.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for granddaughter. She'll love it. We took it out and played with it a bit so that we'd know how to use it when she opened it. It uses 3 AAA batteries not included (a heads up). A very nice gift set that reads and plays songs. It has 'off, low and louder volume'. I'll try to remember to post later whether it was sturdy when played with.
