Tell us a little about yourself.  I am an ex-addict who has experienced freedom from addictive behaviors. I wrote this book and developed the AFL 12 step program to help people overcome addictive behaviors. Recovery is fine in the beginning, but then there comes a time to leave it behind and live an Addictive Free Life.

What was your motivation behind this project?  That all who are struggling with addictive behaviors will be set free. This is not just for alcohol and drug addicts, it is for anyone who has an addiction they want gone.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  That they will see there is another way to living a life free from addictive behaviors.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  I get so excited every time I work on this project because I know first-hand how it has changed my life. I know there will be people who will not agree with the program and that is fine, because it is here for those who are tired of playing around with addiction.

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  If this is something you would like to try then you will have to purchase the guidebook first and then after reading the book you can get the workbook to help you with the steps. Do not purchase the workbook first, it is not a stand alone book.
