I have a two-year-old son. I was reading the book to him for the first time. Before the end of the book, as I said "Cat wants..." he would say "a snack." The same thing with "Cat sets...a trap." He loves it. It may be our new favorite. The repetition helps him remember what's coming next. Great book.
