Dean Jones is Saint John in this intimate, inspiring one-man presentation of John in exile on Patmos. Full of humor, strong in spirit, and resolutely committed to Christ, John shares his account of the events that changed the course of human history---and challenges us with his last words before his death: "Little children, love one another." Directed by Emmy award winner Dan Curtis (War and Remembrance). Approx. 90 minutes.
Imprisoned, John, the last living disciple of Jesus' twelve, remains full of humor, strong in spirit and obstinately spry. Through his eyes we relive the moving events in which Jesus Christ changed the course of human history.
This one man play recorded in front of a live audience was pretty interesting. I just wish the product description had described it thus. It really wasn't what I expected. I thought it was a movie. If you like such plays, then I recommend it.
