I have this set and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to read these brilliant sermons preached a true man of God. I read at least 2-3 sermons a day, and they give me such deep perspective and insight. They've greatly aided in my walk with God. The print is rather small, so be sure to have a good set of reading glasses on hand. I would've liked to have heard him preach in person, but these books are the next best thing. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with this beautiful 5 volume set. The books are nice quality and I enjoy reading the old type set. Eloquently written and a joy to read.

These are exact facsimiles of the original prints from the 1800's , so it includes any printing defects, ink fades, etc, that existed in the original's. Contrary to what many reviews are stating, the print defects are NOT a result of current publisher or printing process. The hardback bindings are sturdy and good quality. The product is intended to have a vintage book look and feel, they did a great job, especially at this price range.

i ordered the set of Sermons by Charles Spurgeon because I love the way he presents the Bible as the living word.

My only negitive concern is the size of the print contained in these volumes. But, i am almost 65 years old and just need to buy a pair of cheaters to enjoy my books.
