J.B.5 Stars Out Of 5Amazing Book!May 10, 2022J.B.Quality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I recently bought this book for my mom for mother's day and she has absolutely enjoyed it! In the past I've noticed she really hadn't took interest in fiction books and as a result was determined to find a genre of fiction she would love. She used to watch a lot of Hallmark but said she'd rather find other things to do than stare at a tv screen for countless hours doing nothing but sitting. She resolved that it was a great idea to find hallmark like books. Needless to say, as I was scrolling on Christianbook.com I saw what looked to be a good book for her and clicked on it. I've read a book by this author before (overcomer) and was stunned at how much I didn't want to put it down. My expectations of this book were high but Chris Fabry took those expectations to the moon! This was an incredible book choice and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in romance movies or books!

The trials and tribulations he encounters on a daily basis. This book is a retelling of the story of Solomon. The book demonstrates the power of forgiveness on lives.

RachelGender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5Awesome!!September 24, 2015RachelGender: FemaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I absolutely loved this book! I have found a new favorite author in Chris Fabry. This book is beautifully written and made me want to see the movie even more. The way this book intertwines the Song of Solomon and the story of the main characters is amazing. Such a great biblical emphasis throughout the book. The characters were wonderfully done. Each one was real to life and believable and engaging. I was so engrossed in this book and I couldn't put it down. It amazes me how well Chris can take the script of a movie and make it into a need to read, can't put it down book. I will always read stuff by Chris when it is made available to me. His style and talent make it easy to read and enjoy his books.
This book is a beautiful journey through the art and struggle of marriage and of how forgiveness is possible if we can only try to forgive. This story is emotional and heart warming and somewhat sensual and private all at the same time. It does have a few love scenes that are emotionally charged. Nothing inappropriate but definitely eye opening. I cannot wait to see this movie but I know that it cannot possibly be as good as this book is. Read it and I promise you will feel the same.
I was blessed with a copy of this book by TBCN in exchange for my review. A positive review was not required.
