As seen on Public Television, these workouts featuring Mary Ann Wilson, RN, benefit those wishing to improve their diabetes and/or balance issues. Disc 1 contains the Diabetes Workout designed to improve circulation, and includes suggestions on diet and exercise from Dr. Lynn Kohlmeier. Disc 2 contains two Balance Workouts, one Beginner and one Intermnediate version. The Balance Workouts include multi-level exercises designed to improve leg strength, flexibility, eye tracking, posture and breathing. Running Time: Approx. 81 minutes.
