I really enjoyed this group of 4 novellas that all are stand alone stories but also they are about four sisters who come to Pinecraft in Sarasota, Florida. I love that each story is an Amish romance that are each different in their own way. My favorite of the four was The Seashell Cake. I needed to know how each sister made it in Pinecraft.

I love the ocean and looking for shells and I have been to the beach in Sarasota it is beautiful, These well written stories of 4 sisters seeking to know God's will for their lives is inspiring. Each sister Leora, Violet, Francine and Alana are allowed by their parents to branch out and seek what God wants for them. I appreciate that the parents didn't force their daughters to join the church they freely allowed the to discover who they were and allowed to let God direct them. Such parents are a gift from God. Mine were like that.

Each sister had her own troubles and they leaned on each other through tough times and were a constant reliable support.

Get you copy and sit down and read a story a day for four days you will enjoy it!!

I loved reading the whole series of "Sisters By The Sea." I love to walk on the beach, pick up sea shells, listen to the "roar" of the ocean, watch the sun rise OUT and set IN the ocean. God's creations never cease to amaze me! The wonderment of love between a man and a woman are another one of God's blessings. The way the writer matched the pairs in each of the stories is awesome, The cake, the beach ball, the sand dollar and the sunset are so wonderful. My favorite readings are Amish and love stories.

was a wonderful 4 book read. Was so happy that everyone found what they were looking for. Can't wait to send it to my friend in Iowa.. We both love Amish books.
