I have read and taught the book "A shepherd looks at Psalms 23" by Phillip Keller. Much of "The way of the shepherd" is based on Keller's book. It takes it into a modern day setting to be used in working with and managing people. Easy to read and loaded with wisdom! Well worth the time and money to learn how to shepherd people.

This is absolutely one of the BEST books ever written on leadership. i would highly recommend ever leader read this book and make it a must read for every leader under them.

The way of the shepherd gives simple but important life lessons on how to treat the people that work with you and for you. It gives us the tools to have the best team in any situation, whether business, ministry or even sports, the reason is it is based on the Good Shepherd and how He tells us to take care of His sheep, if we follow His example we will have great results.

This book is great for anyone who is entering a management position to have, it gives you Great insight of how to manage in a Godly way and in a personal way as well. I Highly recommend it for it has helped me in my position at work and even my Church as a leader.

This is a must read for anyone training people or in a Management position.
