I've read all of Mark Batterson's book to date and this one has come at

This book could not have come at a better time for me. The concept of preparing for the day/being proactive in life is the big theme of this book, day-tight compartments as Batterson refers to. Pastor Mark is a solid writer and this book is no exception! With all-new material and stories, this book has been both encouraging and helpful to make the most of the time we have been given.

I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

If I'm being completely honest, I really needed this book! We all get stuck at times on a a seemingly never-ending merry-go-round of life. This is where I was when this book thankfully found its way to me. While there are really no new concerpts covered here, other than the catchy chapter headings, Batterson has creatively and masterfully packaged them together in a way that is simple and easy to follow.

If you are looking for help escaping yesterday, while living in today and planning for tomorrow, then look no further!

Mark Batterston has written another interesting and helpful book. He makes it fun with his odd perspectives -- telling us to "Eat the frog". Read the book to find out what that means! He gives good advice for making each day count, so you end up with better results. Yes there is some repetition from other books by Mark, but you will love this book if you have not read any of his previous books!
