I found the book really emphasizes that the usher ministry is so important to the worship service on a Sunday morning. All the ushers in our church have received a copy and we are going to meet to discuss the ways we can help to have the least amount of distractions on a Sunday morning so the people are free to worship the Lord!
The book gives you a great perspective on how vital this ministry is.
