Primo5 Stars Out Of 5Very PleasedDecember 17, 2019PrimoQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5It is really a nice looking bible and a good size without being overly big and heavy. The text and notes, for me, are a nice readable size and what I wanted. I also like the chain reference on either side of the pages rather than in a center column.
Diane5 Stars Out Of 5NIV Scofield Study Bible IIINovember 7, 2019DianeQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This Bible is exactly what I was looking for! It includes many references and chains. I love the notes throughout the text. Print size is nice and the left and right margins are large enough for the cross references to be a good size.
Deb Marx1 Stars Out Of 5NIV Scofield Study Bible III (1984)June 25, 2019Deb MarxMeets Expectations: 1I'm glad I didn't buy the large print NIV edition. Your website says the font size is 10 point - that is NOT large print. 12-14 is large print.
Tom5 Stars Out Of 5What a find.April 22, 2019TomQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have various Bibles. This one is clear, concise, and has extremely helpful material. For example, an inset discussion of the Trinity with verse references that helped me explore the issue. I got the leather thumb-index NIV.

It had the features I wanted for my daughter-in-law: 1984 NIV version, leather bound, Smythe-sewn binding, dual column, good print size, nice format. In addition, it has red-letter wording for Jesus, nice study guides (it seems), gold-edged pages, maps (etc), and is thumb-indexed. I was happy to see that the indexing was not tabs, but indents. The leather was not the smooth, silky type (but I knew it wasn't). Also, the paper is thin (which I knew from reviews), but not see-through as one reviewer mentioned. It came only in the black re: genuine leather. So it met most of my checklist which is why I gave it 5 stars. Does anyone get everything they hoped for? I like the paper in my current Bible better, but... Thanks.
