The Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of Godoffense. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don’t even realize it. John Bevere shows you how to stay free from offense and escape the victim mentality. With nearly one million copies in print, this book includes testimonials of transformed people whose lives have been changed by the message in this book. You will find answers to tough questions like these:
· Why am I compelled to tell "my side" of the story?
· How can I fight thoughts of suspicion or distrust?
· What can I do to stop rehearsing past hurts?
· How can I regain trust after someone deeply offends me?
John Bevere is a best-selling author and popular conference speaker. He and his wife, Lisa, also a best-selling author, founded Messenger International in 1990. The ministry has grown into a multifaceted international outreach, including their weekly television program The Messenger, which broadcasts in 214 nations. Bevere has authored numerous books.
Tres5 Stars Out Of 5Recognizing the bait!!October 26, 2016TresQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This is my 4th purchase of this book, the first time with teaching DVD. I read Mr. Bevere's words every year at least once and find something new to overcome. With the amount of information thrown in front of us daily "The Bait of Satan" really helps to keep offense in perspective and remind me that I have choice to take the bait or turn to God for help. Thank you for such a wonderful, long standing teaching! I will continue to read this book every year and purchase copies for friends and family!
Ma T5 Stars Out Of 5The Bait of SatanAugust 15, 2016Ma TQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I am an educator and avid reader. This is one of the best books I have ever read. God placed this book in my hands at a time when I needed it the most. Don't expect to read things you want to hear, because you will read things you NEED to hear. This book is life-changing. I took a long look in the mirror, made some adjustments, and sought forgiveness from those who had offended me.....Yes, you read that correctly "FORGIVENESS from those who had offended me". I like the woman I see looking back at me so much more now that I have placed those burdens at the feet of Jesus. I have made a gift of this book to many of my friends. Their lives have been changed as well. God Bless!!!
