I'm rating the ad. Not comfortable ordering with the marketing.

Your video shows only the exact words printed in the ad. No actual content to see what is given. I'd be much happier if showed 5-6 pages of the book rather than marketing info

I bought one for our church and was so impressed with it that we wanted one in our home. It is visually stunning and is easy for anyone to follow along. This is good for those who perhaps aren't as familiar with Bible history as others. Also the book lays flat which is nice if one is trying to take notes or copy part of some information.

Just what I was looking for. Puts a timeline on "everything." and pretty well tells me the who, what when and where of everything in the Bible.

I own several Rose books, as I feel they do a good job for certain sections of the history and the placement of events. I suggest for future books regarding the history that they read James Ussher The Annals of the World and Dr Floyd Nolen Jones The Chronology of the Old Testament for more in-depth historical data. The main things I like about this book is the flow, the background material of certain events, the quality of the book, and the pictures that show the area where these Biblical people were located (within degrees of history). I have become a researcher of sorts (personal) and have read quite a few scholars along the way. Does this make me an expert, no way. Does it help satisfy a need to know, yes, and Rose has provided several books that have furthered my searching. Definitely would recommend this as a starting point for anyone wanting to know more, then start digging with other authors in mind, especially Ushher and Jones.
