According to Josh McDowell, our children are being raised in a society that has largely rejected the concepts of truth and morality. In Right From Wrong, McDowell offers hope and provides families and the church with a sound, thorough, biblical and workable method to clearly understand and defend the truth.
As a young man, Josh McDowell considered himself an agnostic. He truly believed that Christianity was worthless. However, when challenged to intellectually examine the claims of Christianity, Josh discovered compelling and overwhelming evidence for the reliability of the Christian faith. After trusting in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, Joshs life changed dramatically as he experienced the power of Gods love. After his conversion, Josh committed his life to telling a doubting world about the truth of Jesus Christ. After studying at Kellogg College, Josh completed his college degree at Wheaton College and then attended Talbot Theological Seminary, graduating magna cum laude with a Masters of Divinity. Working with Campus Crusade for Christ and founding the youth outreach, Josh McDowell Ministry, Josh has shared the gospel with more than 25 million people in 125 countries. He is the author or co-authored of 147 books.
Martin T5 Stars Out Of 5June 10, 2001Martin TI would highly recommend this book to be read by parents and teachers alike because it's very easy to read, interesting and relevant to today's problems in family (including Christian). This book reveals issues that parents think that their teenagers don't have problems with. And the reality is it could be closer than they think or even going on in their home without they're realizing it. Thus, a friendly advice for parents and teachers of teenagers to pick up this book and learn from others experience as shared by Josh McDowell.
David Tarkington5 Stars Out Of 5May 9, 2000David TarkingtonThis is "the" book for parents and youth pastors. It warns of the danger of living in a tolerant society. McDowell is prophetic in his statements of where tolerance leads. I recommend that ever youth Sunday School teacher have this in his/her library and that students use the series' "Setting You Free to Make Right Choices" workbook.
