Good book for someone needing motivation to stop waiting and start moving with intensity, purpose, and energy toward reaching one's goals. It's a pep-talk kind of book. Success requires great effort and sacrifice. What the book lacks, however, is balance and a sense of cost or consequences for becoming a full-out rhinoceros. Charging full-speed ahead and recklessly destroying the forest because you can, or running over people in the way for the sake of pursuing the goal can have serious consequences. So can expending all one's energy in pursuit of goals without allowing for recreational replenishment. I would only recommend the book with a warning about its shortcomings.
