I'm sorry if people are writing bad reviews about these movies....... face it people, this is the reality of the world we are headed to. Have you not read Revelation? The world will turn to chaos and violence and evil will be the face of the earth before Christ's return.
Having my ministry in the midst of the not so good members of the human race, I see the reality of this every day. Too many people wish to white wash the world and just hide what they do not like and want to acknowledge. This series of videos shoes a lot of truth about the world and a glimpse of what it may look like in the future.
Thank you for not candy coating the reality of life and just making another sweet, feel good, Christian movie.....
Excellent Film. I'm on-line purchasing "Revelation Road 2." It's sad that there are gangs like the one depicted in this DVD, and they are violent. Fortunately, most of the civilized world doesn't experience this kind of violence, but nearer the last days, sadly, I believe we'll see more of this. I appreciated that Jesus was depicted with darker skin since Jesus was a Jewish man from an area where the people had skin color nearer the color of the gentleman portraying Jesus. I was grateful for the salvation message extended within the DVD. Great acting, great story line. My heart rejoiced when the bright light appeared: I found myself praising God.
My husband and adult son and I watched this together and had to skip though parts of it. I think it is detrimental to one's soul to expose it to some of the contents of this film. I threw it away when I was done because I felt as though it would be wrong to give or sell it to someone else. There was one redeeming feature of the film, that is, the gospel was given in it. I don't mean to say that is insignificant, but the rest of the movie affected one so negatively I wished I had never watched it.
