Author/Artist Review

Author: Bradley Dallas North
Located in: Virgini Beach, VA.

Tell us a little about yourself.  For the purpose of truth, my pseudo name is Bradley Dallas North. I became an author in an unusual way. I grew up being told, God had a plan for my life. I didn't really understand or know what His plans would be... I always tried to live a good life, by trying to understand how God could send us His Son, to die for my sins... I was the oldest of eight children and tried to set a good example for my brothers and sisters. I traveled throughout the world helping others.

What was your motivation behind this project?  I am a stage 4 melanoma cancer patient sent home to die by Duke Medical in 2004. Through my Covenant with God, I am still here.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  Hope and Inspiration through the faith of a mustard seed can open doors, move mountains and allow God's grace to make Miracles happen.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  I was able to write about the death of my son in 2007, after God told me He was going to bring him home...

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  Love for my fellow man, Jesus Christ, and the Bible.....

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  In 2004, my doctors told me it was too late. They could only prescribe me painkillers; so that death would be as painless as possible. As I left the hospital my thoughts turned to my children. I knew I wasn't even going to be around long enough to see my daughter graduate High School that year. I closed my eyes, as I thanked God for all of the blessings I had received and for the time I had already lived. I said that if it was His will for me to come home, then I was ready. Then I said, "Lord, if You give me the opportunity; I will write three books in Your honor." I wasn't ready to give up and had never written a book in my life! I did not want to die! I knew I should not ask why; however I was OK, either way!
