This book is packed full of information and contains real concern for the American Church at large. I have run into so many people that define "the dones" As a lay minister and being in leadership for many years I understand the concerns and reasons. Until reading this book I just couldn't put what I was experiencing in the churches a reality. The church at large, and we as individuals need to be able to minister and love those we are called to. to ignore the problem will not make it go away. I am encouraged to be more Christ Like and in more community with the world than to be a part of a coprorate run machine called Pastor whomever's church. Please read and Pray. It will bless you and make you rethink how you are doing church.
