AR ReidBaltimore, MDAge: 45-54Gender: Male5 Stars Out Of 5Delivers more than you would expect!August 24, 2013AR ReidBaltimore, MDAge: 45-54Gender: MaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Like my brother, A.R., I've come to cherish Loraine Boettner's clarity on subjects pertaining to the Reformed faith. And this little booklet delivers far more content than you would expect in an essay of less than 30 pages. In it Boettner unfolds, to the utter dismay of our Arminian brothers and sisters, the God-glorifying truth of the Reformed faith.
This is an outstanding resource for those who want a brief but accurate introduction to the key biblical teachings we Calvinists hold to, and it's very readable! In fact, at just $2.99 it's an absolutely outstanding give-away for church foyers. And once you're finished with this little gem, you'll want to read Boettner's larger classic on the same subject: The Reformed Doctrine of Predestination.
Roger Svendsen5 Stars Out Of 5October 17, 2007Roger SvendsenThis is the best introduction to the reformed faith that I know of. It summarizes effectively. It concisely explains the universalistic passages of Scripture. It contains in short table form an accurate comparison of Arminian thought with Calvinistic thought. Buy it!
