This is an excellent book. It has helped me to really look within myself and evaluate where I am in life and what was going on within myself. It is a great group discussion book. I had the pleasure to share this book with at least 5 other adults. We use this book at my church for a class entitled "Resolving Conflicts". I recommend this book to everyone who is dealing any type or kind of conflict within their lives. It is very visional and self explanatory as well. I highly recommend this book. It has truly helped me tremendously.
