It's a cold May in Acorn Hill. Jane is putting pansies in the front garden for a splash of spring cheer when a big pink Cadillac parks in front of the inn. Out jumps Belle from Georgia looking for a room. Within minutes, she divulges the reason for her trip. "God gave me a dream that I would meet the man I am meant to marry right here in Acorn Hill. We will be married the first weekend of June." Who will it be?

Barbara Wilkins5 Stars Out Of 5June 18, 2008Barbara WilkinsShows how you really have to have the faith to go with the story. Helps built up your faith. It is funny . I'm really enjoying the series.
Mary4 Stars Out Of 5March 18, 2008MaryI didn't find Pastor Ken annoying with his visits, tho Aunt & the mayor have certainly perfected the technique of knowing when there's food ready to be served! Belle was ditzy, nice, annoying, charming, determined all rolled into one. It was an interesting story, but I found the other 3 books of the series to be more believable. We never did learn where Belle got all the money she was spending, and I find her 'discovery' of her groom to be a bit of a stretch.....still, I have & will recommend the entire series to others.
