The type or print of this book is to close and will cause the steadiest of eyes to desire glasses. The content is poorly organized.

Jay E. Adams does a great job in teaching the layman the basics of biblical counseling through RTR. This book has been a great help in my counseling ministry here in Japan as well. Helping others to be restored back into fellowship with other believers, back into a relationship gone sour, back to God when they have fallen away is what RTR is really about. I encourage you Pastors to use this book to teach your ministry leaders and your lay leaders how to be ready to restore another brother or sister back into the family of God.
