For pastors, teachers and students, a very excellent commentary on the Sermon. It is technical at points, so the lay reader with a passing interest might find the book difficult, but it is still a great introductory text to the sermon.

This book is way too technical. If you are into that you might like it. If you are a lay person it is not easy reading. I skipped over the Getting Ready section hoping the part on the actual verses would be better but it was not. Still a bit too technical.
