les miserables a classic to be enjoyed by all ages

This is a really good story-- really good. And it spurs so many good discussion opportunities about justice, mercy, grace and salvation. This is a story i really want my kids to know and be familiar with, but there is just no way on God's green earth i am going to get them to read this book.
The radio theatre version is a great way for them to get to know the story and to feel like they have a chance to live the drama of the student revolution, the hunger and drive of those in poverty, and the desperation of those who are trying to stay alive when the world seems to be working against them.
If you are looking for ways to keep your kids occupied during long drives, or to introduce classic literature to them in a way they can receive, i would suggest taking a look at this radio theatre classic.
Les Miserables is one of my favorite books, but it's a little lengthy. This fantastic audio drama tells the story very well, and takes much less time than reading the book! I love the quality of all the Radio Theatre productions. You will not be disappointed!
I really enjoyed this "radio theatre" drama. I have listened to many others and enjoyed this so much I ordered a few and gave them as gifts. It has wonderful character building qualities and just encourages us to do "the right thing" even when it is hard. It is great for all ages, young and old. I would definitely order other Focus on the Family dramas.
