Crystal ButterflyArizona5 Stars Out Of 5Incredible ReadJanuary 20, 2014Crystal ButterflyArizonaQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I purchased the book from Samuel after meeting him, a truly anointed man of God. That night I started reading and every moment there-after. An excellent book depicting the sacrifice and suffering of Jesus Christ and the blessings and gifts He gave us through them. You may think you know about His Crucifixion, until you read this book! A book you will want to read more than once and share.

I initially did not think much of it as the author was unfamiliar to me. However, I was intrigued by the Perry Stone foreword. Once I started reading I could not put the book down. When you start each chapter one wonders how the author is going to support the thought as it sometimes comes across as contrived. All you have to do is continue reading and in remarkable fashion you will see how the author provides solid scriptural basis for the thought. The author is clearly gifted and obtained his thoughts from the Holy Spirit. The life experiences of the author are also engaging. This is indeed a unique book, providing uncommon insight into the sufferings of our Lord.
Emmanuel5 Stars Out Of 5April 14, 2010EmmanuelI don't have the habit of reading books. I didn't choose this book... but the book does... I just gave a try... started with the first chapter... no wonder... the message, revelation, different(positive) attitude towards the man God Jesus at cross took me through all the pages till the last page... It is a real blessing... It increased my knowledge about my Saviour... Praise be to God who hang on cross for us...
Vinny A. Lo RE5 Stars Out Of 5December 6, 2009Vinny A. Lo REAs I started reading this book, I was touched by the Holy Spirit to stop after the first two chapters. Ithen put in the movie "The Passion of Christ". After watching the movie, I went back to reading the "Power and Purpose in the Wounds of Jesus", and the book became alive. I was able to grasp each wound of the chapters after seeing the movie. I would erge anyone to first watch "The Passion" movie, and then read Samuels book. It will leave a deep understanding of what our Lord did for us.
Robinson Anandakathir5 Stars Out Of 5November 10, 2009Robinson AnandakathirThe book tells about the purpose of each wound. It is written in simple English and easy to understand with many examples. The more you mediate on His wounds more you can experience His love for you. It really made me to grow deeper in His love.
