The Daylight Zone has been a favorite and enjoy watching it over again. As being saved out of darkness brought into the light by the marvelous gospel of Jesus Christ I can relate to the mockery that an atheist shows in this film. It is found true to Scripture and brought out in a humorous way reminding me of my old life before Christ and rejoicing in the new as being no longer a child of darkness but a child of light. Recommend
Crime of the Age is funny and does bring out areas in all our lives as Christians that we all could use some examining and change. Both these films go along with some old TV programs like the Twilight Zone but title Daylight zone and Crime of the Age reflects a bit of Columbo as he always paused with a question when doing his investigation like by the way... The Pretender was a bit explicit but do know of instances where young girls have fallen prey to deception through pretense of the opposite sex. What liked about this film is how the true Christian guy friend watched over the young lady Christian with brotherly love. That's a rare thing these days.
i can hardly believe that these reviews written in recent years are positive...are ww kidding?! The Pretender is such an incredibly ridiculous mockery of christians AND of women...wow. I am a pastor's wife amd I can say with confidence that NOTHING in this film is even remotely beneficial for real-life teaching...! What is even the message supposed to be?...Beware of anyone because they are probably trying to just get with you...and also, young women are naive?...and gulible?...And that people woukd be interested in faking our cliche Christian lingo and actions?...Wow. This whole film, but mostly the fact that these reviews are so high...is laughable.
The Pretender hits home as I know of Christians in the same type of realonship. The Daylight Zone is a Christian version of the Twilight Zone. If yor a Christian fan of the Twilight Zone; I highly recommond the Daylight Zone.
