While the content is good it is wrapped in a long winded and poorly delivered format. It's too bad the author didn't choose a more polished teacher/speaker to present this material. Honestly, it's painful to watch much to my disappointment. I really wanted to present it to our adult class but had to send it back. Stick with the book.
