I am very impressed with this book! It not only provides LOTS of cursive penmanship practice but also exposure to different writing/speaking techniques. The wording in some of the old documents only sounds and feels good when a person is exposed to it. Writing and reading this language style helps in comprehension. Too, this is a bit of an art book, at least in terms of lettering. Every open page contains the document to write/trace on one side and a blank space on the other to creatively draw/write an embellished or illuminated letter on the other. So if you have an artsy student, this is a wonderful outlet! The documents include snippets from:
