PreScripts Cursive Letters and Coloring: World History

The Prescripts series from Classical Conversations is an early handwriting course for children that introduces cursive handwriting and drawing skills through coloring, tracing, and copying--while integrating rich, history-based content.

Prescripts: Cursive Letters and Coloring World History features colorable images from world history, including influential people, scenes from famous events, and works of art. Young children may simply enjoy coloring the pictures, while parents of older children have the option of supplementing the history portion with additional resources (such as the Classical Acts & Facts History Cards, sold-separately). On one page, students trace an upper or lower-case letter with their finger, and then trace and write the letter on center-dashed lines; the facing page is a historical picture with caption. 164 pages, softcover. Pages can be reproduced in-family; reproducible consumable workbook. Grades: PreK/ Early Elementary students who are beginning to learn cursive and/or letters.
