I really like the fact that that this surgeon has seen the results of eating high fat foods and he has studied how to prevent the blockage problems from the buildup they can cause. Because of this testimony from a surgeon who "cleans up the problems" the book carries more weight. I do not like pain and I want to keep the same activities that I like to be involved in--keep my own home, gardening, sewing, reading, and walking. I do not want to have to have aid walking or living. This is not a hard read or a hard life style change.

How good is a book that you cant pry away from the finder to write your review?
How good is a book that you dont have to read because the finder discusses some find of interest on every page?
My pre-reviewer, an avid reader of all things Health-related, is really enjoying this book. Weve had many a discussion over the ideas presented.
A solid, basic book that intersects with good reading in this area for the last few decades, with twigs of the advancing knowledge to whet your pursuit of ideas and information in this area. A good beginner book, and a good entry book or a good complimentary read for the pursuer of good, better and best health. A good outline for lifelong good health, especially for the Adult.

There are alot of things in this book that are good to know! This health book gives you all you need to know about living a healthy life! If we would all use some of these ideas we would be better off! If you gained some weight would you buy a bigger size or would you loose the weight to fit the clothes you already have! Also I like the fact that he gives his proceeds to Samaritans Purse!
