This is a very rare volume of sermons by two dozen Scots Worthies from the late 18th and 19th centuries. Every sermon hits the mark and addresses themes that have moved the church throughout the ages. They have been compiled particularly with the purpose of affording to a new generation an intelligent idea of the character of the pulpit ministrations of men who did great things in their day for the truth of God.
