Jacksonville Councilwoman Kimberly Daniels is a sought-after conference speaker, preacher, and powerful prayer warrior. She pastors Spoken Word Ministries in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband, Ardell. Daniels graduated from Florida State University and Jacksonville Theological Seminary and is the author of Spiritual Housekeeping; Inside Out; From a Mess to a Miracle; Clean House, Strong House; Delivered to Destiny; and Give It Back! She is also the coauthor of More Than Just the Catch.
"Throughout this book, Greek definitions are provided for biblical passages so that Daniels can argue her case from original documentation. However, the book's organization is sketchy and leaves the reader searching for the central theme after three chapters. Also, the use of slang diminishes the scholarly credibility of the author, despite the fact that she holds degrees from Florida State University and Jacksonville Theological Seminary in both secular and Christian education. Sometimes, as in Chapter Six, "Why the Devil Hates Women," the author takes a hiatus altogether from the book's theme.
"Obviously, Clean House Strong House was written for a readership that would be empathetic toward the charismatic movement. Unfortunately, even for Charismatics, the lack of organization makes the book hard to follow. The views of the author may be too illusory for most main stream Christians who might be more comfortable reading traditional books related to spiritual warfare." -- Johnny Boatright, Christian Book Previews.com
