For over twenty years, Pastor Troy Gramling has led Potential Church, a fast-growing church with more than 20,000 members at locations in United States and Latin America. A former teacher and college basketball coach, Troy is passionate about partnering with people to reach their God-given potential to impact the world for good.
A former teacher and college basketball coach, Troy excels in leadership development and is well known for his creative and unexpected teaching experiences, such as living in an all-glass house with his wife Stephanie and collecting thousands of turkeys for a food drive using the slogan, "Flip Us a Bird!"
Before moving to South Florida, Troy and Steph planted a church in Northeast Arkansas that began with nine people in a living room. This church became one of the fastest growing churches in Arkansas.
Troy received his BSE in Secondary Education and Teaching from Arkansas State University and an associate’s degree in coaching from Williams Baptist College.
Troy and Steph live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They have three grown children, Tyler, Carson, and Baylee, all of whom serve with them in ministry.
