    When God speaks we should definitely listen...and that's what happened to me when I made the decision to start changing my lifestyle. Being heavy all my life was an excuse to continue to be selfish. I've learned so much from this book, and I love how it starts the change process slowly. It's never overwhelming. It walks you through sixteen weeks and helps you establish new habits that will help you burn off excess weight, increase your strength, and lead you into a new, healthy way of living. In the book, Never Say Diet Personal Fitness Trainer, each weeks has a scripture, quote, encouragement, suggested exercises, food suggestions, and a place to journal everything you accomplished the week you are on. This is a great book and should be purchased along with The Never Say Diet by Chantel Hobbs.
