Tell us a little about yourself.  I am the Founder of Women Under Grace ministries that came to pass January 23rd, 2009. I began as an Inspirational and Motivational Speaker with once a month meetings local to my home in South Carolina. Only by the Grace of God I now have an online outreach designed specifically to uplift the broken spirit , heal the broken hearted, and strengthen the abused and battered all by the Word of God in a place where everyone can come together online. In a world where struggle and defeat are most prevalent God has made a way by using this ministry to help change the majority and take the lead in encouragement for women everywhere. .

What was your motivation behind this project?  I was raised in a home were domestic violence was prevalent and felt that in every trial there was a testimony, but I couldn't see the testimony through my tears. It took someone showing me that I could make it through any trial by Christ alone and since then I have made it my goal to show others that they can make it through any trial as well!

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  My hope for all women pre-teens to adults alike is to show them that every part of their lives have been a path to lead them closer to Christ. The hard times, the sorrowful, the joyful, the regretful, the worst times in their lives can all be traced back to a path that God had in store for them, so they can become stronger and wiser and share their testimony with someone who needs to overcome what they have.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  I was spiritually strengthened while writing this book, knowing that God was going to use it mightily. If only one person reads it and it makes an impact, it would all be worth every second of study and carpal tunnel pain to know that it changed someone's path.

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  My biggest influence foremost is Christ. Without Him none of this would've been possible, however each one of these Authors has played a big part in my diving deep into studying the Bible as well as kindling my first love for books: Beth Moore, Perry Stone, John Hagee, Max Lucado, Janette Oke

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  Because of my family history of abuse and determination to end it for others I have been able to mentor young women of all ages, and through my teachings, enable others to do the same. With my background in Healthcare and love for Christ, I have met many women who have been beaten, battered and broken and made it my life's goal to do something about it.
