He was considered an authority on the subject of counseling persons with addictions. Bridget Clare McKeever, SSL, Ph.D. is a Sister of St. Louis; spiritual and retreat director; author; and pastoral care editor of Gleanings. She is also a former student of Howard Clinebell.
