Native Texan David Crowder grew his ministry and music as one mission, writing songs for the church he started with Chris Seay while at Baylor University. The David Crowder Band's 1999 debut on sixsteprecords caught the attention of Louie Giglio, who invited David to join his burgeoning Passion movement. Crowder's unique expressions of worship and daring instrumentation made him a standout at the yearly Passion conferences, and have cemented his legacy as one of this generation's eminent auteurs. Since the band's breakup in 2012, he's continued a fruitful solo career as Crowder, offering the adventurous Neon Steeple and groundbreaking American Prodigal, both #1 albums on Christian charts.

His highly anticipated third solo album shows his continued growth as a musician and songwriter, offering heart-swelling anthems of worship and devotion. I Know A Ghost includes the soaring power-ballad "Red Letters" and bayou-bounce jam "Wildfire," plus "Crushing Snakes," "Happy Day," "La Luz," and more.

Raised in a musical family, NYC native Francesca Battistelli developed her gifts from a young age. Though passionate about musical theater and the stage, her first experiences were as part of a pop-oriented girl group. Once she picked up a guitar and began writing her own music, the path cleared to her calling in short order. Following a well-received independent debut, Francesca signed with Fervent Records, releasing her four-song I'm Letting Go EP to heavy Christian radio rotation. In the years since, critically-acclaimed albums, steady touring, and showcase festival sets have introduced her soulful CCM pop style to huge audiences, recognized in 2011 by her Dove Award for Artist of the Year, with back-to-back wins for Female Vocalist of the Year in tow.

Following her adored 2014 release If We're Honest, Francesca adds another impressive chapter with this diverse ten-song collection. Own It includes throwback lead single "The Breakup Song" plus modern pop-flavors on "Love Somebody," the worshipful "Defender" (featuring Steffany Gretzinger), and others.

The recent Dove Awards ceremony honored this year's most engaging music and artists, with breakout star Tauren Wells leading the list with four awards, including CCM Album, CCM Artist, and New Artist of the Year. Cory Asbury also took top honors with Worship Album, Worship Song, and Song of the Year for his smash hit "Reckless Love." Tasha Cobbs Leonoard received Gospel Artist and Urban Worship Album of the Year honors, while Matthew West took home the Songwriter of the Year award. >View All
