      PRODUCT REVIEWS TERMS OF USE

      The following is an Agreement between you and Christianbook.com, LLC ("Christianbook.com") which governs the use of the Christianbook.com Product Reviews Service (the "CPR Service").

      Your use of the CPR Service and your posting of any material through the CPR Service constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the CPR Service and your posting of any material through the CPR Service are conditioned on your prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. You agree to use the CPR Service and to post material through the CPR Service solely in accordance and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

      By submitting material to Christianbook.com for inclusion, use or distribution on the CPR Service, you warrant, represent, and agree that (a) you have the authority to grant the rights to such material which are being granted hereunder; (b) you are over the age of 18; (c) you own and/or control all rights in and to such material; (d) you waive and disclaim any and all moral rights, droit moral, droit de suite, and rights of integrity; (e) you have not been compensated and you have not been granted any consideration by any third party for the use of such material; and (f) such material is in compliance with the requirements contained in this Agreement.

      You agree not to post on or transmit through CPR Service any material that is unlawful; libelous; constitutes an invasion of privacy; harmful; threatening; abusive; harassing; defamatory; vulgar; obscene; sexually explicit; profane; hateful; racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable in any manner; constitutes a breach of your contractual and/or fiduciary obligations; infringes on any third party patent, trademark, trade name, corporate name, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary or property rights; or, contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other code, scripts, routines, files or programs designed to alter, interrupt, impede, limit or destroy the performance and/or functioning of any software, hardware, or other equipment.

      You agree not to post on or transmit through CPR Service any information that references other websites, physical mailing addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers.  You agree not to use a false email address or to impersonate any person or entity.  You agree to allow Christianbook.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees the right to use your name in connection with the material you post or transmit through the CPR Service.

      You hereby grant to Christianbook.com, and its affiliated, subsidiary and related companies, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, sublicense, copy, and distribute all material submitted by you, in whole orin part, and/or to incorporate such material, in whole or in part, in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed forthe full term of any copyright that may exist in such material.

      Christianbook.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to prohibit any conduct, communications, content, or use of the CPR Service, and to remove or not use any material, which in its sole discretion it finds objectionable or unacceptable in any manner.

      You agree that Christianbook.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you regarding the material submitted by you to Christianbook.com and for other administrative purposes.

      You will be solely responsible and liable for any claims, costs, and damages arising from any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights and any other claims, costs, and damages arising from Christianbook.com's inclusion, use or distribution of material submitted by you. Christianbook.com neither assumes, has, or will have any responsibility or liability for any claims, costs, and damages arising from any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights or any other claims, costs, and damages arising from Christianbook.com's inclusion, use or distribution of material submitted by you.

      YOU AGREE TO, AND HEREBY DO, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHRISTIANBOOK.COM HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY'S FEES, ARISING FROM YOUR BREACH OF OR DEFAULT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

      This Agreement is subject to the Christianbook.com Terms of Use Agreement.  In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Christianbook.com Terms of Use Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
