The Process and How Long It Takes...

Once your logo is emailed to us, approved, and the order is placed, a metal die is custom made for one of our hot stamping machines. When the die is made and stock is ready in our main warehouse, an imprinting machine is set up for the stamping process. The Bibles are then stamped, boxed, then shipped.

Depending on product availability, the process usually takes 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed to delivery.

Logo Graphic File Requirements...

All submitted graphic files must be black and white line art—no colors or grays (shading) are allowed. This is because all parts that are not white will be imprinted in a single color or debossed.

You can submit the file as a gif, jpg, tif, png, eps, or Adobe Photoshop file. Please make sure the image has a good resolution so that it's smooth when printed in the desired size.

By submitting an order for imprinting, you represent and agree that you have all necessary legal rights to logos, graphics, artwork, and text, and that your use and our use of such submissions will not violate the rights of any third party.

What about Size, Placement, and Color?

Because of the texture of Bible binding material and the pressure needed to leave a good impression, logo imprints are almost always less than 3.5 inches wide and less than 2.5 inches tall, and are most commonly no wider than three inches.

The location of the imprint depends on the Bible you choose. For example, placement would likely be in the lower 1/3 center on a Bible with "HOLY BIBLE" already imprinted on the front cover.

Usually logos are placed in the lower 1/3 center, lower right, or upper 1/3 center.

Bible imprints can be done in either gold or silver to match the gilding of the Bible.

How Much Does It Cost?

• There is a one-time fee of $99 to make the metal die for your logo. This can be used again for future orders.
• Each time you order there is a $25 machine setup fee.
