How can I receive a print catalog from Christianbook.com?
Catalogs from the mail order component of Christianbook.com, called Christianbook, are free, and catalog requests are processed daily. If you place a request online, you'll receive a catalog within 2-4 weeks. After that, you'll be placed on our regular mailing list and receive a catalog every month or so. If you would like to receive any of our specialty catalogs (Academic, Music, etc.), simply check the boxes that interest you when filling out our catalog request form, and we'll send you a preview copy of that catalog.
International customers should note that because of the prohibitive costs of mailing overseas, you must become a member of Christianbook if you would like to receive our regular catalog mailings. Please see our Member Info page for more details about the benefits of Christianbook membership.

If I request a catalog, how long will it take to arrive?
Requests are processed daily, but please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a catalog to arrive in your mailbox.
What are the benefits of a Christianbook Membership?
For only $5 a year, customers in the U.S. and Canada ($8 for international customers) will receive our Members' Newsletter six times a year. Each newsletter gives customers the inside scoop on new titles and alerts for any future price changes. The newsletter also passes along price reductions to our members on overstocked, out-of-print, and discontinued items.
In addition, Christianbook Members are guaranteed the lowest prices on every item. Sometimes, Christianbook's prices vary slightly from the website and catalog to catalog, but when you're a member, you can always count on the very lowest sale price we have to offer!

Do I need to be a member to order from Christianbook or Christianbook.com
Membership is not required for customers to place orders with either Christianbook or Christianbook.com. However, there are many benefits to becoming a member. Members receive special mailings and announcements from Christianbook, and receive extra savings on overstocked, out-of-print, and discontinued items. Do I have to be a member to order from outside the United States?
International customers are always welcome to place an order with Christianbook or Christianbook.com. All orders sent will include one of our catalogs. However, because of the prohibitive costs of sending regular catalog mailings overseas, you will need to become a member if you would like to receive our catalogs regularly. The cost of membership helps offset the overseas mailing expense. Please see our Member Info page for more details about the costs and benefits of membership.
How can I check my membership status?
If you are not sure whether your membership has expired, you can always check your status in the "Settings" section of your Christianbook.com account. Sign in and check your status now.
Can I renew my Christianbook membership online?
Customers can renew their Christianbook memberships online by visiting our Member Info page and clicking on the "add membership" button. If you're already a member, we'll add one year to the end of your membership expiration date, without duplicating your membership. In addition, if you are placing an order and your membership is about to expire, we'll remind you during the order process.
What personal information is needed to participate in the Christianbook Membership program?
Your name, email address, billing address, and payment details.
Will any of my personal information for the Christianbook Memberbership program be used for marketing purposes?
In exchange for your $5 membership fee, you will receive six issues of the Christianbook Members Catalog with Members-only exclusives; the “inside scoop” on new titles; extra discounts on closeouts, overstocks, and discontinued items; price-change alerts; and going-out-of-print notification.
What happens to my participation in the Christianbook Membership program if I request deletion of my personal data?
If you make a verified request to delete all of your data, the only personal information we will retain of yours is a record of your request itself. As such, we will be unable to send you Membership content.
