Savvas (Pearson) Math Homeschool Curriculum

Targeted towards students who struggle with their core math program, Modern Curriculum Press (MCP) Mathematics uses a traditional drill-and-practice format with a predictable, flexible, easy-to-use lessons. Reinforcing basic math skills, extensive practice will help students learn and retain new concepts while preparing them for success on standardized tests.

enVision Math 2.0 is a comprehensive mathematics curriculum for Grades K & up that offers the flexibility of print, digital, or blended instruction. enVision lessons use Problem-Based Learning, where students must think critically about a real-world math problem, evaluate options, collaborate, and present solutions. This is followed by Visual Learning to solidify the underlying math concepts. Each lesson also includes lesson quick checks, observational assessments, and auto-generated reports.

This course features interactive learning aids, video tutorials, personalized practice, and immediate feedback for students. Teachers have the ability to upload their own homeschool content and edit lessons and test materials.

The Savvas Realize digital path provides your digital content, management tools and interactive student lessons. A large variety of resources are included: teacher & student edition etexts, teacher's program overview, placement tests, math practice animations, games, videos that go along with the lessons, enrichment worksheets & answers, readers with teacher's guides, activities, virtual manipulatives, and more.

Each Homeschool Bundle includes a Student Edition, Teacher Resource, Assessment Sourcebook and 1-year access to Savvas Realize digital platform. Grades 6 and higher also include an additional student practice book (varies according to level).

envision Math's unique tear-n-take tablet worktext provides a workmat and recording space for hands-on, interactive, math learning! The brightly-colored, over-sized workbook measures 11" x 16.5"; students tear out their page, fold it in half, work the problems, and then display or file it. Math concepts are taught step-by-step with sequential illustrations that connect exercises and activities; example illustrations provide visual models to help guide children through abstract concepts. Grade K topics include sorting, positions, patterns, numbers to 20, simple fractions, measurement, addition and subtraction, time, money, and graphs. 16 topics with 5-11 lessons in each topic; 1 test and reteaching section for each topic is also included.
