The right hand page features quarter grades for Character Development: Courteous, Dependable, Cooperative, Truthful, Willing Attitude, Hard Working, Kind, Appreciative, and 3 other fill-in traits. A grade scale (A=90-100 Excellent) and explanation of symbols (A for achieved, I for Improving Steadily, M for Making Some Progress) is also provided on the bottom. The back page has room for a promotion to the next grade with the parent's signature.
