The Biblioplan Cool History for Littles: Modern History resource is a component of the Biblioplan Modern History course and provides students with weekly assignments based on the lessons in the Companion spine, sold separately. As this course is designed to be used with multiple ages, this Littles workbook is intended for Grades K-2; there are also levels available for Middles, Upper Middles, and Advanced (each sold-separately). A full year of weekly lesson assignment sheets are provided (1 per week). Reading suggestions are provided at the top of the page, followed by questions based on the reading, a note for which coloring pages to use (in the sold-separately coloring book), a hands-on activity, and a geography activity. Questions can be answered verbally, and the activities are done outside of the book. Pages are reproducible for in-family use only. Teachers only need one copy for multiple students; non-consumable. The Biblioplan Timeline for Year Four: Modern History resource is a component of the Biblioplan Modern History course; by the time students finish the year, they'll have a reference for which historical figures were contemporaneous with other figures from across the world.

This book is divided into two sections. The first section is the actual timeline, with dates bars and individual dated captions running across the page. The second half of the book contains pictures to cut-out; they are organized by lesson week. Families can also tear out pages and place on the wall if desired.
