Matin Latin

Matin Latin 1 presents homeschoolers with an easy way to learn Latin and English grammar. Students progress through the basics of nouns, pronouns, verbs, and adjectives with simple reading exercises throughout. Limiting the study to memorization of Latin endings, this text teaches only one declension of nouns and one declension of verbs in one tense (not six) which still allows students to learn to read simple stories. Pictures are used to define the Latin words, making this curriculum ideal even for very young children. Children will conjugate verbs, diagram sentences, translate sentences into pictures, complete vocabulary exercises and more for a fun and thorough introduction to a new language.
