Second Form Latin continues to build on the previous year by reviewing all material from the First Form Latin level and then completing the verb paradigms for all four conjugations in the indicative active and passive.

Arranged in a similar format, students use a concise student text and workbook (4-6 pages of exercises per lesson) as they work through five units. After finishing the course, students will have mastered:

Designed for teachers with no background in Latin, Second Form Latin is recommended for grades 6-12, or for students who have completed Latina Christiana II; Second Form Latin may be taught to students of all ages since beginners, regard less of age, are in the grammar stage of learning.

The Second Form Latin Student Workbook, Second Edition has 4-6 pages of exercises per lesson. These exercises teach concepts through practice and mastery learning, and are presented in a spiral-bound book with an attractive, 2-color format. This two-book set includes both the teacher's manual and the workbook & test answer key book, and accompanies Memoria Press' Second Form Latin curriculum. Second Form Latin Review is a summer course designed to prevent language loss over the holiday break.
